Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction and Acceptance

Welcome to 3k77, an online casino and sports betting platform operated for the Bangladesh market. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and 3k77. By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet on this platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in their entirety.

These terms apply to all products and services offered by 3k77, including cricket betting, live casino games, slots, crash games, fish shooting titles, and any promotional offers. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the platform. 3k77 reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To register and use 3k77, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions. Failure to meet any of these conditions may result in account suspension or permanent closure without refund of any pending balances.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 3k77 operates a strict 21+ only policy with no exceptions.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited. It is your sole responsibility to verify local laws before playing.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date personal information during registration and throughout your use of the platform.
• You must not be a previously excluded or self-excluded player, nor be acting on behalf of a third party.

3k77 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) documents at any stage, including prior to processing any withdrawal. Accounts may be suspended pending satisfactory verification.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each player is permitted to maintain only one active account on 3k77. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed and any winnings forfeited.

Password and Login Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. 3k77 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify us immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.

• Never share your username or password with any other person.
• Ensure your device and browser are secure and free of malware before logging in.
• Log out of your account after every session, particularly when using shared or public devices.

Account Closure and Suspension

3k77 reserves the right to close, suspend, or limit any account at any time without prior notice, particularly where fraud, abuse, or breach of these Terms & Conditions is suspected or confirmed. Players may request voluntary closure of their account by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining eligible balance will be processed subject to standard withdrawal terms.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

3k77 supports a range of locally trusted payment methods designed for the Bangladesh market. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise stated. Players are responsible for any fees or charges imposed by their payment provider.

Deposit Rules

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made using third-party accounts are not permitted and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds. The following payment methods are accepted on 3k77:

• Mobile banking: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank transfers: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank
• International cards: Visa, Mastercard (subject to availability)
• Minimum deposit amounts may apply and vary by method. Please check the cashier section for current limits.

Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification and completion of any applicable wagering requirements. 3k77 aims to process approved withdrawals promptly. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Withdrawals must be made to the same account or method used for your most recent deposit.
• Any active bonus funds must have met their stated wagering requirements before a withdrawal is approved.
• 3k77 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks on any withdrawal over ৳50,000.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

3k77 offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any promotion-specific conditions:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per eligible player unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus funds carry wagering requirements that must be completed before winnings derived from bonus play can be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier for each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. Only one bonus may be active on a player account at a time.
• 3k77 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time, and to claw back bonus winnings if abuse or fraud is detected.

Players who attempt to exploit bonus offers through coordinated play, matched betting strategies, or any other form of bonus abuse will have their accounts suspended and all associated winnings forfeited without notice.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on 3k77 — including cricket betting markets, live casino tables, slots, crash games, and fish shooting titles — are governed by their own individual game rules as well as these overarching Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms & Conditions, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail.

3k77 uses certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology for all virtual games, and partners exclusively with reputable international providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. This ensures outcomes are genuinely random, statistically fair, and auditable.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 3k77 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with any part of the platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players.
• Exploiting software errors, technical glitches, or system vulnerabilities. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation will be voided.

7. Responsible Gaming

3k77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players. We recognise that gambling can become problematic for some individuals, and we provide a suite of player protection tools to help maintain healthy gaming habits. Players may request deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, or full self-exclusion by contacting our support team at any time.

Gambling should always be treated as a form of entertainment, not as a method to generate income or resolve financial difficulties. If you feel that gambling is negatively impacting your life or the lives of those around you, we strongly encourage you to read our Responsible Gaming guidelines or contact a professional support organisation. For detailed tools and resources, please visit the Responsible Gaming page on this site.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 3k77 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of this platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, or interruption of service. 3k77 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform at all times.

In particular, 3k77 accepts no responsibility for losses resulting from technical failures, server downtime, connectivity issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control including natural disasters, government action, or third-party service interruptions. Players accept this limitation as a condition of using the platform.

9. Intellectual Property

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, or exploit any content from this platform for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of 3k77.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

We use SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and our servers. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes.

11. Amendments to These Terms

3k77 reserves the right to revise, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon being posted to the platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically for any updates. Your continued use of 3k77 after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Where material changes are made, 3k77 will endeavour to notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform. However, we cannot guarantee that every player will receive such notification, and it remains your responsibility to stay informed of the current terms.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of 3k77 shall first be referred to our customer support team for informal resolution. If the matter cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, both parties agree to seek resolution through binding arbitration. By using 3k77, you agree to submit to this dispute resolution process and waive any right to a class-action lawsuit or jury trial in connection with your use of the platform.
